This website is operated by MyDasma Shop World. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to MyDasma Shop World. MyDasma Shop World offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.
By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, enquiring about a product, styling service, or potential rental, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions, including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms apply to all users of the site.
Please read these Terms carefully before accessing or using our website. If you do not agree to all terms, you may not access the website or use any Services.
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and Services to you.
Section 1 — Online Store Terms
By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or territory of residence, or that you are the age of majority and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.

You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature. A breach of any Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.

We reserve the right to refuse Service to anyone for any reason at any time.
You understand that your content, not including credit card information, may be transferred unencrypted and involve transmissions over various networks and changes to conform to technical requirements. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service without express written permission by us.
Section 3 — Accuracy, Completeness and Timeliness of Information
We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete, or current. The material on this site is provided for general information only and reliance on it is at your own risk.
We reserve the right to modify site contents at any time, but we have no obligation to update information. You agree it is your responsibility to monitor changes to our site.

We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service, or any part of it, without notice. We shall not be liable for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance.
Section 5 — Products, Made-to-Order Timeframes, Shipping, Returns & Rental Enquiries
5.1 Product information
Certain products may be available exclusively online and may have limited quantities. We make every effort to display product colours and images as accurately as possible. We cannot guarantee your device’s display is accurate.
5.2 Made-to-order / “ready” timeframes
Some gowns may require production time and/or customisation. The time for your gown to be ready depends on the style and any alterations or customisations requested. As a guide, gowns are typically ready in 2 to 6 weeks. If your event is urgent, contact us — we may be able to prioritise your order.
5.3 Shipping (Australia)
We currently ship Australia-wide. Once a gown is ready and dispatched, delivery is typically 3–4 business days.
5.4 Returns & refunds
Returns, refunds, exchanges, and satisfaction guarantee terms are governed by our Shipping & Returns Policy: [LINK TO SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY].
Important summary: return requests must be lodged within 14 days of delivery. Returns are not accepted if altered by an independent third party after delivery. Alterations performed by MyDasma may still be eligible under the Shipping & Returns Policy.
5.5 Rental enquiries and rental terms
Selected gowns may be available for rental by enquiry only.
Submitting a rental enquiry does not guarantee availability, pricing, or reservation of a gown. If you contact us regarding a rental, you may be asked to provide details such as the gown you are interested in, your event date, how long you wish to rent the gown for, and any fit, sizing, or timing requirements.
Rental availability, rental price, bond amount, and any applicable conditions are determined individually based on the gown and the details of your request. These terms will be outlined and discussed with you before any rental is confirmed.
We reserve the right to decline any rental request at our discretion.
Any confirmed rental arrangement may be subject to additional terms and conditions provided to you at the time of booking or confirmation, including terms relating to bond, garment care, return timing, condition on return, damage, cleaning, late return, or loss.
Section 6 — Accuracy of Billing and Account Information
We reserve the right to refuse any order. We may limit or cancel quantities per person, household, or order.
If we change or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you using the email, phone, or billing address provided at checkout. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information and to promptly update your details so we can complete transactions and contact you as needed.

Section 7 — Optional Tools
We may provide access to third-party tools “as is” and “as available” without warranties. Your use of optional tools is at your own risk.

Third-party links may direct you to third-party websites. We are not responsible for third-party materials, websites, or transactions.

If you send us submissions or comments, you agree we may use them without restriction unless prohibited by law. You agree your comments will not violate third-party rights or contain unlawful, abusive, or malicious content.
