Orders & Products
Are your gowns authentic?
Yes. We work directly with trusted designers and our fashion house team to ensure each gown meets our quality and authenticity standards.
Where are your gowns made?
Our gowns are made in Kosovo, where our fashion house is based.
Do you offer customisations or made-to-measure?
Many styles can be customised. If you’d like changes, such as length, neckline adjustments, or sleeve changes, contact us before ordering so we can confirm what’s possible and provide a timeframe.
Can I rent a gown from MyDasma?
Selected gowns may be available for rental by enquiry only.
Are all gowns available for rental?
No. Not all gowns are available for rental. If you are interested in a specific style, please contact us and we will confirm whether it may be available.
How do I enquire about renting a gown?
Contact us with the dress you are interested in, your event date, how long you would like the gown for, and any fit, sizing, or timing requirements.
How is rental pricing decided?
Rental pricing, bond amount, and conditions are determined individually based on the gown and the details of your request. These will be clearly outlined and discussed with you before anything is confirmed.
Does a rental enquiry guarantee availability?
No. A rental enquiry does not guarantee that a gown is available or reserved. Availability is confirmed only after review and discussion with our team.
Shipping (Australia)
Where do you ship?
We currently ship Australia-wide.
How long will my gown take?
There are two parts:
Getting your gown ready: usually 2–6 weeks, depending on the style and any custom changes.
Delivery once dispatched: typically 3–4 business days Australia-wide.
Can you prioritise urgent orders?
Often, yes. If your event date is soon, contact us and we’ll do our best to arrange priority where possible.
Do you provide tracking?
Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link by email.
Do I pay customs fees?
For Australian deliveries, no customs fees apply.
I’m outside Australia — can I still order?
Possibly. We’re currently focused on Australia, with plans to expand globally. If you’re outside Australia, please contact us at kontakti@mydasma.com and we’ll see what we can arrange.

Returns & Refunds
What is your return window?
You have 14 days from delivery to request a return.
Can I return a gown if it has been altered?
Yes, if alterations were completed by MyDasma Shop World.
No, if the gown was altered after delivery by an independent third party.
What condition must the gown be in for a return?
Unworn, unused, with tags attached, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase.
How do I start a return?
Email kontakti@mydasma.com and we’ll provide the next steps. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

When will I receive my refund?
If approved after inspection, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Do you offer exchanges?
Yes — if you need a different size or colour, the fastest option is to return your item, once approved, and place a new order.
Do the same returns apply to rentals?
Rental arrangements may be subject to separate terms, conditions, timing requirements, and bond arrangements, which will be discussed with you before any rental is confirmed.

Private Styling (Virtual) & In-Person Styling (Adelaide)
What is Virtual Styling?
A 1:1 styling session done remotely by video, phone, and messages. We help you shortlist gowns, confirm sizing, and choose a look that suits your event and body shape.
What is In-Person Styling?
A 1:1 appointment at our MyDasma Display Centre in Nailsworth, Adelaide, where you’ll receive personalised styling support.
How much does styling cost?
Virtual Styling: A$99
Adelaide In-Person Styling: A$199
Is the styling fee credited?
Yes. Your styling fee is credited toward your full-price gown purchase within 14 days.
Can I use my styling credit toward a rental?
No. Styling credit applies to full-price gown purchases only. It does not apply to rentals or sale items.
Can styling help if I’m interested in renting?
Yes. Styling can help you narrow down suitable styles and understand what may suit you best. If you are interested in renting, rental availability, pricing, bond amount, and conditions are discussed separately by enquiry.
Can I buy online without booking styling?
Absolutely. Styling is optional — most clients shop online and contact us only if they want a second opinion or sizing help.
Can I change my appointment date/time?
Yes. You may reschedule once after booking. To reschedule, you must notify us at least 24 hours before your appointment time.
What if I’m not happy with my styling session?
You may request a full refund of the styling fee for both Virtual and In-Person Styling.
Important: Refund requests must be made in writing on the same day as your appointment, after the session has taken place.
What should I prepare for my styling session?
Your event date, preferred vibe or colour, budget range, and, if possible, your measurements: bust, waist, hips, and height.
