MyDasma Shipping, Returns & Privacy Policy

1) Shipping Policy (Australia Only) 

Where we ship 

We currently deliver Australia-wide. 

Production & “ready” timeframe 

The time for your gown to be ready depends on the style and any alterations/customisations requested. 
As a guide, gowns are typically ready in 2 to 6 weeks. 

If your event is urgent, contact us—we can often prioritise your order where possible. 

Delivery timeframe (once ready) 

Once your gown is ready and dispatched, delivery is typically 3–4 business days Australia-wide. 

Where our gowns are made 

Our gowns are made in Kosovo, where our fashion house is based, then prepared and dispatched for Australian delivery. 

Tracking 

When your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link by email. 

Check your details 

Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are correct at checkout. Delays caused by incorrect details may be outside our control. 

 

2) Ordering Outside Australia 

We’re currently focusing on Australia, with every intention to expand globally. 
If you’re ordering from outside Australia, please contact us first at kontakti@mydasma.comwe’re sure something can be arranged. 

 

3) Returns, Refunds & Satisfaction Guarantee 

14-day return window 

You have 14 days from delivery to request a return. 

100% Satisfaction Guarantee (including MyDasma alterations) 

We stand by every gown we sell. That’s why we offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee—even if alterations have been made by MyDasma Shop World. 

Important: If the gown has been altered after delivery by an independent third party (not MyDasma), the item cannot be returned. 

Return conditions 

To be eligible for a return, your gown must be: 

  • unworn and unused 

  • with tags attached 

  • in original packaging 

  • accompanied by proof of purchase 

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or incorrect items 

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at kontakti@mydasma.com or +61 431 314 316 (WhatsApp/Viber) so we can resolve it quickly. 

Exchanges 

If you need a different size or colour, the fastest option is to return your item (once approved) and place a new order. 

Refunds 

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval. If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. 

 

4) Customs Fees 

Because we currently ship within Australia, no customs fees apply for Australian deliveries. 

If you request shipping outside Australia, any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by the destination country are the customer’s responsibility (unless we confirm otherwise in writing before you place your order).
