All November and December 2025, we’re offering FREE returns worldwide. If your gown isn’t perfect, send it back on us, even after alterations, by MyDasma SHOP World.

Here’s what that means: 

  • You have 14 days from delivery to lodge a return. 

  • Even if your dress has been altered by MyDasma SHOP World, you can still return it. 

If you don’t love your gown, we’ll make it right. 

Here’s how it works: 

  • You have 14 days from delivery to request a return. 

  • Your gown must be in its original condition—unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging—along with your receipt or proof of purchase 

  • To start a return, contact us at kontakti@mydasma.com, and we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions. 

If alterations have been made to the item after it has been received by the customer, by an independent party, other than MyDasma SHOP World, a return will not be accepted, and a refund will not be made.

Damages or Incorrect Items 

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or isn’t what you ordered, contact us immediately at kontakti@mydasma.com or +61 431 314 316 (WhatsApp) so we can resolve it quickly. 

 

Exchanges 

Need a different size or colour? The fastest way is to return your item and place a new order once your return is accepted. 

EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period 

For orders shipping into the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery—no questions asked. The item must be in its original, unused condition with all tags, packaging, and proof of purchase. 

 

Refunds 

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. 

Please allow a few additional days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
